General Kenobi Gear
- Acquiring him requires a very high level, since he is only available as a guild raid reward. To get the shards of General Kenobi, you must have at least one 7-star character, so that you can take part in the Heroic Tank Takedown raid, in which you must destroy the AAT tank.
- General Kenobi from the Clone Wars. Credit to Mars Marshall for the Clone Trooper body and hands, HapSlash for the head and I'm not sure who did the textures for parts of the torso it was from the expanded universe pack on the now defunct Jedi Knight files.
General Kenobi can be used in three kinds of teams: Revan lead, where he works best along with a mix of Bastila, Ezra, GM Yoda, Hermit Yoda, Jolee, or possibly Qui-Gon and Aayla. Bastila lead, which functions with the same characters as Revan lead. Kenobi himself as lead, with Barriss, and a mixture of Thrawn, Nihilus, R2, Raid Han,.
See the list of these kinds of posts.Game Devs. If you're going to also run Barriss zeta, it might be worth going for health over protection (for larger heals). Same if you're running Chaze, for stronger heal-over-time ticks. If you plan to run him as lead, and use him on a team with Fives and other tanky heroes, defense can be useful for really getting the most out of the 70% bonus. If you are slotting him into a DPS team, and trying to get the most out of his cleanse/counters/assist attack. Then I recommend offense over crit chance/crit damage. That said, one tenacity set with a tenacity-primary cross can work wonders to let you actually use him without being stunned/ability blocked the whole fight. The tanky team thing is losing popularity in the meta with all of the empire teams and Vader zeta dots. If you live by counter-attacks with Fives/Aayla, then you're vulnerable to Maul (and Deathtrooper now) dazes. If you live by heal-over-time, you're vulnerable to Boba executes and Vader (zeta) uncleansable dots.
If you live by Barriss heals, you're vulnerable to shock/healing immunity. If you want to go the route of a beefy defense-heavy team, then I recommend adding a fast Rex or Yoda to your lineup to get tenacity up and protect yourself from daze/shock/stun/dots.GK lead is probably not the way to go, unless you have Barriss zeta. Gk does make a great non-lead tank though, with the auto-taunt, crit immunity, and full-team cleanse/retribution.With Anakin, Fives, and Ahsoka. You might be better off using Anakin as your leader with Fives, Ahsoka, and GK. The fifth would optimally be a 0-turn taunter like Baze, or a hero that can provide AoE dispel like Baze, Echo (would also benefit from the clone bonus from Anakin), B2, or even Deathtrooper.
